Board of Executives
	Katja Grünwald On 1 September 2007 Katja Gruenwald was appointed as CEO of www Bitmanager AG by the supervisory board. She has been with the company since April 2001 and her most recent position was as chief representative. In that position she was a key player in www Bitmanager AG’s successful development. Due to her vast experience the company will continue its strength in the market in 2007 and beyond.

Supervisory Board
	Ernö Potzta (Supervisory Board Chairman) is the Founder of the www Bitmanager AG and also Senior Consultant with the www Bitmanager AG with core competencies in Management consulting and Business Intelligence solutions.

	Jörg Hahn (Deputy Supervisory Board Chairman) is the Deputy Supervisory Board Chairman of www Bitmanager AG. In addition to his activities as a tax consultant since 1985, he is a partner and managing director of Steuerberatung Nord GmbH, Hamburg.

	Dipl. Wirtschaftsingenieur Rainer Schulte ranks among the CD-ROM and internet pioneers. Prior to his activity as a Supervisory Board Member he was an Executive Board Member of www Bitmanager AG. Mr Rainer Schulte, the graduate industrial engineer was a long-standing manager and partner of "Wer Liefert Was".
