A marketleading, medium sized electronics and mechanical engineering company with approx. 2000 employees assigned www Bitmanager AG to prepare and define the the business requirements and functional specifications for a new corporate product life cycle solution based on SAP PLM.
During a short time with a small high competent and experienced team we achieved jointly and interactive with the involved customers responsibles and departments the agreed and planned results and documentations.
The major tasks of this project were:
- Accomplishment of process analysis and definition
- Execution of appropriate workshops
- Analysis and demonstration of cost-benefit potentials through target oriented process optimisations supported by a new SAP PLM based solution
- Disclosure of cost saving potentials
- Preparation of the process descriptions and functional specificaton for the new corporate solution based on SAP PLM.
