A market leading, medium sized electronics and mechanical engineering Company with nearly 2000 employees assigned www Bitmanager AG after the successful implementation of a proof of concept with the corporate wide implementation of a new SAP based PLM Product Life Cycle Management solution.
During the planned project duration of 10 months with a small high competent and experienced team of consultants and developers it is planned to achieve jointly with the customers responsibles of the involved departments a SAP based PLM solution including documentation and education covering all defined and agreed processes. Validation and migration of existing data will be fulfilled by a team of specialists from HP in close cooperation with the project team and customers responsibles.

• Document and Change Management
• BOM and Material Management
• Configuration and Spares Management
The goal: A corporate wide PLM solution with an optimal, flexible and future oriented process coverage, based on SAP Standard with release compatible add-ons to match and support customer’s individual requirements.
