A market leading, medium sized electronics and mechanical engineering Company with nearly 2000 employees assigned www Bitmanager AG to implement a “proof of concept” solution for a new corporate wide SAP based Product Life Cycle Management.
Within nearly 3 months with a small high competent and experienced team we achieved jointly and interactive with the involved customers responsibles and departments the planned and agreed solution and documentations.
The major tasks of this project:
- Execution of appropriate workshops to optimize and verify the concept.
- Implementation of the prototype (PoC) for the core processes with the goal to use the PoC also as the basis for a future corporate wide solution.
