December 31, 2005 Ernö Potzta resigned from the company's executive board on his own wish. As a majority shareholder he will stay at www Bitmanager AG as a consultant. Due to his retirement this position is now open. The increasing importance of internationalization as well as the strategic key role of the telecommunication branch must be taken into consideration by a successor.
Martin Niedballa, Head of IP at T-Punkt Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH in Troisdorf, was chosen as a new member of the company's executive board at the shareholders' meeting.
www Bitmanager AG's chairman of the supervisory board welcomes the newest member of the supervisory board. Dr. Lothar Hunsel said: "We are looking forward to cooperation with the new executive board member. His international experience, knowledge of the telecommunications market and outstanding business position will give new impulses for www Bitmanager AG's further development."
