r 2006, during a regularly general meeting at www Bitmanager AG, Mr Ernö Potzta (56) was appointed to the supervisory board chairman by the recommendation of all participants, effective from the 1st of January 2007. At the same time, Mr Rainer Schulte gave up his position as an executive board member and was appointed as a supervisory board member.

Ernö Potzta is one of the founders of www Bitmanager AG and has been working as a management consultant for the company since its establishment.

At the same time, Dr. Lothar Hunsel has resigned from his position as chairman of the supervisory board.
